Every year we get many visitors to Jarjeer Mules in Morocco, everyone loves meeting our rescued mules and donkeys. The sanctuary is located in Jarjeer set in 6 hectares of land in the foothills of the high Atlas. The Jarjeer project was developed by Charles Hantom and Susan Machin who have developed close links with the village of Oumnas and are committed to preserving the local landscape and the way of life embedded in the strongest Berber traditions.
We care for abused, old and disabled equines, that is what we do! Our team works with local people by offering support not only to equines but also to children and adults who want to learn more of equine care.
As part of our project we provide services to visitors and holiday makers who want to experience the best of the local culture and meet our lovely Mules and Donkeys. So if your planning a trip to Morocco and love animals, Jarjeer Villa is a place to go!!!. Our Donkeys and Mules love nothing better than meeting new people.
